MyFitJournal is a social media App for healthy lifestyle. You can track your diet and exercise through running and walking. With complete food database from around the world,including Indonesian food; you can also add food recipe by yourself. You can share & show your diet & exercise activity to your friends or followers all around the world. Get inspiring & be inspired!
Registration is a simple 4 step process where you input your details and goals. App will calculate your daily calorie requirements once you input how much weight you want to gain or lose in the timeframe.
You can add 3 kind of activities from the home screen:
1. Diet/Meals.
Simply input the name of your food/drink and find the most appropriate list. Set the number of serving and you can calculate number of calories intake from your food/drink. Take a photo of your food and choose which template you like to post. Share it to your Instagram, Facebook & twitter account.
2. Running
Track your running activities simply by pushing start button on running features. Push finish button when you are done and post your running activities to home screen. Also dont forget to take a photo and choose template you like. Share it to your Instagram, Facebook & Twitter account. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
3. Walking
We use Apple Healthkit to get your daily walking activity. You can also post your walking activity to your home screen and also add a photo by choosing which template you like. Share it to your Instagram, Facebook & Twitter account.
For you who dont really like to publish your activities you can simply make your profile and your journal private.
You can analyze all your activities by checking data & graphs from your own journal feature.
